We gladly accept returns and refunds (Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore only)
- We will only accept returns and refunds for incorrect/defective items.
- Products must be returned in their original condition.
- We do not bear the postage
- Kindly contact our customer care team at Instagram about this issue with your Order Number and a picture of the incorrect item or the defective area within 7 working days upon receiving your order and we will reply to you within 1 working day. Kindly ship the item back to us within 3 working days after receiving confirmation from us.
We do not accept returns after 7 days of receiving the products, used products, or products not bought online on our website or our other official accounts.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
We’re terribly sorry if you received a product that's different from the one that you ordered. Take a picture of the packing slip and send it to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we’ll be sure to get you the products you ordered.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
